Peptide therapy overview

"Peptide therapy" is the fastest-growing add-on sold alongside TRT and the least evidence-backed. What gets sold: BPC-157 and TB-500 for repair claims, CJC-1295 and ipamorelin as GH secretagogues, sermorelin, and GLP-1 weight programs (the one peptide class with blockbuster trial evidence).

Regulatory state (2026)

The FDA reclassification moved 14 compounds back to Category 1, legal for compounding pharmacies. Compounded peptides are legal from 503A/503B pharmacies under physician direction. Research-chemical retail sites operate in a gray zone and are never listed or linked by this directory.

The honesty layer

Most peptides lack healthy-human randomized trials; marketing extrapolates animal data. GH secretagogues need IGF-1 monitoring. GLP-1s carry real side-effect profiles and muscle-loss considerations.

Directory rules

Clinics listed here offering peptides must source from licensed compounding and monitor bloods. Same refusal as the UK sibling site: no research-chemical vendors, ever.
